- Added UCI options to enable the live book, configure its endpoint, timeout, depth, diversity, contribution flag, and the Lichess tablebase URL exposed by the engine.
- Updated the search/livebook stack to sanitize configurable URLs, apply configurable cURL timeouts, reuse ChessDB defaults, and expose helpers for building Lichess tablebase queries.
- Routed Lichess endgame and tablebase lookups through the shared URL builder with graceful fallbacks when the user clears the endpoint.
